Do You Have What It Takes to Teach Group Fitness?

 

Have you ever thought about becoming a group fitness instructor? Or adding "Dirtylicious Instructor" to your resume?

If you love working out and think it would fulfilling to inspire and motivate others to reach their fitness goals you might make a good group fitness instructor. While there are dozens of reasons, here are three that stand out:

Growing your own skills and knowledge. Teaching group fitness classes is not only a great way to share your passion for fitness with others, but it's also an opportunity to learn and grow yourself. As you teach, you'll continue to develop your own skills and knowledge about exercise, nutrition, and wellness. You'll also be exposed to new ideas and perspectives from your attendees and other fitness professionals, which can help you become a better instructor and a better person overall.

If you're feeling a bit nervous about teaching a group fitness class remember that everyone starts somewhere!
