Friday, September 19, 2025 (in the afternoon/early evening) through the morning of Sunday, September 21, 2025 located in Fish Haven, Idaho at Bear Lake.

Your initial $100 deposit is due upon registration. The remaining balance will be automatically processed on August 19, 2025 (one month prior to the retreat).

You may receive a refund on your deposit before August 1, 2025. Please note that deposits are non-refundable after August 1, 2025.

You will be responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the retreat location. However, once we have a list of registered attendees, we will share it with the group. This will allow you to connect with other instructors who may be traveling from the same area and coordinate carpooling or share travel plans if you'd like!

Yes! While we have a fantastic lineup of optional workshops and activities planned, we absolutely want you to have time to relax, recharge, and connect in your own way. All scheduled items are completely optional, so feel free to participate in everything, pick and choose what resonates with you, or simply enjoy some downtime. It's your retreat! 😊
